At Padel Rackets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new racket isn't the perfect match, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been used on the court.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused padel racket and any accessories in their original protective box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
